Chris is a software engineer and data manager who develops and maintains the FutureMS electronic case report form (eCRF), the clinical data capture platform used to collect and manage participant data for the FutureMS study. 

Based at the University of Edinburgh, Chris has led on the development of research applications such as the Systematic Review Facility (SyRF), a web-based platform that helps researchers perform systematic reviews and meta-analyses more efficiently. 

A strong advocate for Open Science, Chris builds tools that promote transparency, reproducibility, and the use of FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) principles in research data. Chris studied Mathematics and Physics at Edinburgh University.
